select item in menu: IDEXXXXX-ENGXXXXXX - cruise control - position of switches CRU_SWI_POS_CAN

required values:

XX = cruise control OFF
XX = cruise control ON
XX = pressed CANCEL
XX = pressed set
XX = pressed - RESUME

if values are not achieved - check component:
- cruise control
- wiring CAN-Bus
- cruise control - activated?
